Sifaks: Language Learning now supports French, English, and Chinese practice. It still cares a lot about pronunciation, but it is no longer only the old EuuuhFrench AI page with a microphone and a dream.
What changed
The app now has language paths for French, English, and Chinese. You can practise pronunciation, review vocabulary, follow maps, save favorites, and come back without wondering where your brain left its keys.
Pronunciation is still the serious part
The speaking flow is built around short practice: listen, record, compare, and repeat. Some screens give sound-level feedback. Some show mouth-shape help. The aim is simple: make pronunciation less mysterious and slightly less dramatic.
Vocabulary is not just a list
There are cards, review paths, and map-style learning. A word can be something you hear, say, save, and meet again later. Like a tiny academic appointment, but friendlier.
Why the old name stays
Older posts still mention EuuuhFrench AI because that was the real name at the time. I am keeping them as development history. The current public app name is Sifaks: Language Learning.
Where it is now
The app is on the App Store and the web app remains at app.sifaks.com. It is still being improved, but the website now finally looks closer to the actual app. The old page was starting to lie by accident. Very impolite.
